Our policy
Klarity Clinic (“Klarity”) provides services to all patients without discrimination and in compliance with Section 1557 of
the Affordable Care Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age
Discrimination Act of 1975, and related state regulations. Klarity does not exclude people or treat them differently
because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Language & disability access
Klarity offers qualified interpreters and information in alternate formats free of charge to people with disabilities or
limited English proficiency. This includes:
- • Qualified interpreters via phone or video remote interpreting.
- • Information written in other languages when feasible.
- • Auxiliary aids and services such as large print, audio formats, or other reasonable accommodations.
